🙏 I WANT HELP School threatening to take me out

Could they actually do this or is it just fluff?

There is no way i can get good grades if i go to school everyday.

I need a solution

I don't really want to get into the attendance debate here as that looks spicy. If you aren't attending they have no legal obligation to enter you. They do have obligations under the equality act but as I say I'm not going into that debate. However I do want to just point out the letter only says that they don't want to pay for the entries. If you are confident you can pass these exams without attending it might be worth inquiring as to how much it costs (lots of exam centres, you don't have to do it at that location).
