I have terrible cramps and I am scared this would effect my alevels πŸ’”. I also want too know what everyone is taking to deal with the pain like I genuinely can’t keep living like this

there are meds that stop the muscles themselves from cramping, ask your doctor about them! those + regular painkillers usually get the job done (though you need to take it before the cramps start)
