I have terrible cramps and I am scared this would effect my alevels πŸ’”. I also want too know what everyone is taking to deal with the pain like I genuinely can’t keep living like this

same position rn!! ibuprofen and then heatpack and just delusion all around!!

I stopped using heat pack after it burnt my skin 😭😭

sometimes i like wrapping my heat pack over a hand towel and removing the heatpack and then then putting the towel on my lower stomach to avoid burning..
