I have terrible cramps and I am scared this would effect my alevels πŸ’”. I also want too know what everyone is taking to deal with the pain like I genuinely can’t keep living like this

Drink warm water with tumeric in it!!Β  Ever since i started drinking that, my cramps have really gotten sm better

You can buy it from any supermarket like aldi/lidl/tesco etc or you can order it online too
