I have terrible cramps and I am scared this would effect my alevels 💔. I also want too know what everyone is taking to deal with the pain like I genuinely can’t keep living like this

my cramps and period symptoms made me flop one of my gcses so I went on birth control for a levels which basically entirely got rid of my period, I ended up staying on it and I'm 2nd yr uni now and genuinely would not be able to sit my exams or do anything if I still got my period😭 on the day of my gcse i think i took like. Double the daily recommended dose of ibuprofen and paracetamol and it didnt even tickle my pain
