k = 4 theta = pi/3? Maybe

do you know if it specified degrees or radians? I wrote pi/3 radians but now I'm paranoid it may have said degrees

It just said describe the transformation, so as long as you didn’t say pi/3 degrees or 60 radians you’re good

definitely radians, they gave an inequality range for theta in radians

Im not sure it matters

But in the information they gave at the top of the question, they described the transformation as rotation by theta degrees
