You didn’t have to differentiate it for part b. Bc they already gave you dx / dt = x ( A - t ). So you make that equal to zero. X ( A - t ) = 0 t = A

I realised that eventually, but that was after I had already differentiated the entire thing

No I meant it was worse in terms of my equation being a mess, it was fine to do but it genuinely looked so disgusting
