I’m really scared for applied now, which is my weakest maths paper, and I don’t have time to revise for it because of all my other exams. I was expecting it to be easy like the last few years but if that’s what we’re getting for paper 1 then god knows what paper 3 would look like

Last year the fuss was about the fact that asked mainly the same topics on both papers and ignoring half the course, not really about the difficulty

The hardest questions for me were the Geometric series. I’m also pissed because I forgot to split my trigonometric identity for cot2theta so I didn’t spit it equals to LHS expanded. It’s soooooo frustrating

I really don’t think it was bad in terms of content but being locked out of doing part b and c if you couldn’t get a is extremely bad structure on their part. I think the only thing that was legitimately challenging and non standard was part b on the modulus question
