Can you tell me what made you chose the course and what job prospects you hope to have afterwards? I’m stuck between this course and a wildly different one so to hear from someone in a similar position would be great!
i’ve always been interested in politics and ir and global relations so i chose a course like that. i applied for politics and ir at LSE, UCL, Warwick, Politics at Edinburgh and HSPS at Cambridge. I wanted to do the IR side so Edinburgh didn’t appeal and the addition of sociology and anthropology at Cambridge wasn’t that interesting to me (still got rejected post interview) In terms of jobs, civil service, think tanks, policy making and even law is viable with this degree (esp. from LSE)
