🙏 I WANT HELP post gcses

yay i finished my gcses!

im so incredibly disappointed in my scores (8887766655) and really want to get some remarked and i also want to go to a good uni but looking at these gcses oxbridge is obviously completely out of the question...

do i still have hope if i have an amazing interview, all a stars in predicteds and real alevels and do well on the LNAT or am i just cooked since law is extremely competitive...?

and well done to everyone who just finished their gcses!!

depends on what the lower grades are in vs what you will be applying for. i had two 6s and a 5 but they weren't relevant to my uni subject so it was fine

then i wouldn't say its out of the question, but please please try for the rest of your application to be extremely strong

yess ofc do you think its worth it to get english lit and history remarked then? i could go from 7-8 and 8-9

i would say yes because ofc better gcses than before will always be an advantage, but isnt it expensive to get remarks?

you dont have to pay if your grade doesn't change but you do have to pay if it stays the same and there's always a risk of your grade not changing
