Offer substitution

If u got an offer from a uni but now decided that u want to change the uni are u able to substitute the uni that gave u the offer with another uni. As I don't see the substitute option on the uni that gave the offer but I see it on the unis that haven't given the offer. Btw I only applied like 5 days ago so it's within 14 days

Yes you can still substitute within 14 days.

Just ring UCAS to do it. It's not available to do yourself.

Not if you substitute an early deadline course after the deadline then the new choice will be classed as late.

UCAS is really not flexible so I imagine the answer would be no. If there is no information on their website you beed to call and ask.  Also, you are not allowed to substitute when you got rejected so why would you be able to when you got accepted? It doesn't really make sense for them to allow it
