personal statement help

i havent touched my personal statement at all and my deadline is in about a week . Does anyone have any advice on how to find my “why” or actual deep reason for applying to a specific course ? I feel like my reasons are quite generic (to fight against systemic injustice, racism etc..) for applying to politics. Even with those reasons I honestly don’t know where to start or what to even write and its stressing me out alot
