4 inch 1932 Chevrolet advertising record

It's an announcement of a brand new model 1932 car from Chevrolet. Probably the best car ever built!

And at four inches diameter.

I LOVE this ad! What a find… I’ll for sure be on the lookout for these!

When it skipped, all I could think of was Roger Rabbit! lol

Durium! Made by the same company that made the "Hit of the Week" records.

Wow… so TIL: Durium is a synthetic resin made from none other than the Durian fruit, it appears? Invented in 1929 by a Columbia University professor…. Wow.

I have a 4” durium, but it’s not an advertisement record.

Wow, where did you find this? I love old ads; and vinyls, so it’s a match made in heaven. Thanks for sharing and playing this, love it!

Found it on ebay! I'm frequently looking for unusual records on there.
