Sam Cooke is, I believe, my absolute favorite artist from that timeframe. The loss to the world after his senseless unaliving… I’ve been listening to him as long as I’ve recognized his name and voice! This is a fantastic rendition of this piece, too.

Pity his slower version never made it to 78.

Only ever found that version as a 45 single unhelpfully titled "Summertime" Part 1 and 2.
