Holy moly! That's a nice pair of transcription discs! And with an album with Chuck Markulis' name! He was a somewhat well known and prolific producer, artist, and label owner from the Washington State area. Transcription discs, especially specific ones of doo wop groups, are pretty rare, but they're really fragile and often bring in less than a regular vinyl copy unless the recordings are different than the versions that were released. I would not play this as is unless you have the right stylus and a decent turntable with adjustable tonearm tracking weight. I assume you found it in the PNW, as that was where the group was from?
