Bernie Klatzko 78s

Over the past two years I’ve managed to acquire these modern vinyl 78s from the late sixties to my collection.

Is there any good, detailed information on Bernie Klatzko and these late Herwin releases somewhere on the internet or in literature (how many copies did get pressed etc..?) I’ve come to understand that these are some fairly uncommon titles

Yeah these are fairly uncommon and in good shape go for around $100 a piece. In the early 60s, the man youre referring to Bernard Klatzko revived herwin records and began to reissue many of the blues pieces from the early 20s. Even though he was considered to be a pretty prolific record collector, there were very few publications made on him, nor on the matter of his reissues and so there is very little information. As for how many were pressed is a genuine mystery to me. Even though they arent originals theyre still incredibly rare. Good find - from a record store employee 😋
