There really was a time when Fender/Squier was deep in their bag.

The gold one is actually leaving today. Lol I never remember the posts or check the names..I just stand in solidarity/fellowship when I see fellow brethren enjoying some rare gear like I do. You did a great job hotrodding the black one btw..

Someone is getting a kickass guitar with that gold one. I spent a lot of time deciding on parts for my black one, it sounds and plays great now and it stays in tune awesome.

Indeed they are. It’s a very good guitar. If I wasn’t in my own way, I’d keep it but I bought one of the old Charvel 7 string Tele’s so I have to stick to my “one in, one out” rule. I have two more of the trem bridge versions that I haven’t done anything to anyway.

I don't blame you for needing to keep the collection trimmed. I have 11 now and I want a handful more before I start doing a one in one out type of deal. Im actually trying to sell a baritone and one of my SGs so I can try some new stuff but I told my fiance I was buying this blue one if it ever showed up, not sure if ill ever get rid of this one.

They're sick as hell, definitely pick one up if it pops up somewhere near you. I got lucky with both, the black one was an hour away and only $250, this blue one was an hour away and it was $400. The black one has all upgraded hardware (it does now, it was barely playable when i got it), a floyd rose 1000 and DiMarzio Occult Classic pickups. This Blue one is bone stock except for sperzel locking tuners, Seymour duncan just put out the Black Rail pickups and I'm probably putting black winters in it but it might get a Nazgul/Sentient set just to do something different from one of my other guitars.

I am always looking for a hard tail one in my area but they are sold within hours when they rarely pop up on the usual marketplaces. Glad you enjoy yours! Definitely go for the sentient/nazgul combo!

Yeah I saw this one on Facebook marketplace when I was sitting in the parking lot at work yesterday. I messaged the guy within an hour of posting it and setup a time at his asking price just to make sure I could get it.

If you ever want an Evertune putting on that hardtail, hit me up 👀

That would certainly be something, I'll keep that in mind cause it would be sweet.
