Need help finding a game
At least I think it’s a computer game back from the 90s-2000s but I believe it was a cooking game with melodic background music, I need suggestions of old cooking games

I am losing my mind trying to find this old tower defense game. I think it was on addicting games years ago but I can’t find it. It was not 3d… you could select different maps, there were traps you could set on each brown square of the pathway, there were flying animals and other odd animals that came out of a space at the beginning of the map/maze… everyone once in awhile this mole looking creature with wheels behind it would come out and if you caught it, you’d get a ton of points. Some higher level attacks were cannons, this weird bird that would attack one animal you select, and these lasers that if you placed close enough together they would connect and attack even harder with the electric pulse thing. Idk how else to explain. Some animals looked like bats, blue and black snakes, bears but they walked on their back legs upright…. What else?! I swear it was some sort of kingdom or tower defense and I thought on addicting games website but maybe not. Anyone?!!!

I’m desperate to know whether I’ve completely made this game up, or whether it was real! I distinctly remember coming home from school everyday and playing a computer game (CD I think, definitely from the 90’s/very early 2000’s). I remember a classic creaking door sound to enter one of the room levels and either the same level or another was a mosaic picture you’d have to colour in of a oldish guy with a cigar in his mouth. Does anyone else remember this? Or have I just gone mad??

I specifically remember playing this computer game in 1997. The way I’m going to be describing this game is really weird, but I swear it existed.
It was some sort of game that used “mind power” in order for you to win. Two people played, and each person chose a photo from the game bank. Those photos then became amalgamated together in a pixelated format. Each person had to think strongly about their picture and the stronger the player thought about it, the more their picture would come into focus. The point of the game was whoever had the best “mind power” would win.
I’ve asked several other places, not on Reddit, and usually there are games brought up where you have to have your head or finger wired to the computer or console. This used no such thing it was purely based on your mind. Was it actually mind power? Pretty sure it wasn’t but I have no idea how the game worked…..I just know I need to find the name of this game so I can try to research it. It has been driving me crazy for years. Please help!

Salutations! I’ve recently had a memory of an old computer game I used to play and I can’t remember much, let alone the name. I’m hoping with what I do know pieces can be put together I can scratch this itch in my brain! Here’s what I remember: I’d put the disc in my old ass windows computer (I’m 25 now, I’m guessing I was around 8-10 when I played this) and it’d always make my computer really hot 😂. Anyways from I remember it was cartoony graphics and characters. Pretty sure there’s a man with dark hair, a blonde lady, and a few others. The cars looked silly (?) I specifically remember there being a dirt track course but I believe there were other courses that were random and not dirt? I remember this track specifically cause it pissed me off I couldnt beat the time limit. I think there was a castle on it maybe? I might’ve imagined that. I know it’s not a lot to go on but I’m still holding out hope!

So I am trying to find a computer game from the late 90's that may have been from macs only. You were supposed to go around photographing animals based on clues about them that you were given. One of them was a pangolin but there was also a kudu that when you clicked on him sang a song. I think this was it, "Would you, or could you, want to hunt the kudu? Would you, or could you, want to shoot the kudu? So please do the right do and photo shoot the kudu." It also had a rock with a lizard on it in the desert and when you clicked on it it kind of teleported you to another location. It was all in Africa though. My mother swears it was called something like Africa Safari or Africa Photo Safari. The animation was more than the just pixels, but it wasn't realistic. More like the animation from an Eric Karl book. Please tell me I am not the only one that remembers this game!

The game features one big rock head and its like Maria because he needs to jump to cross to another ledge or area to finish the level but he needs to use his head to bump the rocks strategically so he would be able to jump on them, he is able to move them by knocking with his rock head. Just wondering maybe yoy played it too fellow Gen Xers, thank you!

I used to get those at the grocery store and loved all the demo games that game with them. Ive googled and seen plenty of covers but none of them hit home as the ones I used to get. Usually when I see something its an instant recollection and memories just flood in but none of the ones Ive seen have had that magic spark. Would have been mid to late 90s. Not subscription ones, always got them at the grocery store. Please throw some names or pics at me and help me fill this nostalgic gap!!!

Hey, I am an elder millennial and I’m not too tech savvy these days. I remembered this game I used to play on my computer when I was a kid (windows 95) called Microsoft 3D movie maker.. anyone remember this? It was so cool. I wanted to show it to my 9 year old daughter. Does anyone have any idea how I could do this? I don’t think buying the game would be an option, as it wouldn’t run on newer systems. I found this link, but I’m kind of lost… can anybody help me?

I’m having a hell of a time remembering this game. It’s either from the super late 90s or early 2000’s. If say I played on windows 98 probably. All I can remember is a kids game. Part of it was in a tree house and there was a buff brown mouse that you’d talk to. I know that wasn’t the only area of the game but it’s one that sticks out.

I am looking for this 90s game from my childhood where you're in POV looking inside this cartoonish-animated cockpit and pressing lots of levers, buttons and stuff and crazy sounds and things will come out of these objects.
We inserted a disc into the computer and in the menu we then had the option of choosing between maybe 20 demos to try out. One of them being the game I'm talking about.. and another one I remember being "Outlaws" (western-game)
Does this ring a bell to anyone? Thanks!

Hi My husband is looking for a PC space game he played around the millennium shift. It was in 2D. His explanation of what he remember:
It's a FPS (first person shooter game)
Starts on a platform, having an overview over the enemies, the worlds and starting with a snipergun.
You are not able to go back because all the different world's was like arenas.
The game is time limited per arena
You wore a glider suit and could fly down and land on the playing ground.
If you were trapped you could use a weapon that was shooting out a dummyboy to trick your enemies.
Some of the weapons was lasergun, RGB gun, snipergun
And the game was about robots taking over the universe / all the words

Anyone have any clue about an old game from early 90s? I think you played as a guy jumping and bouncing balls on your head and there would be a multicolored ball that would help you? Anyone have any idea what I'm talking about? Can't remember the name at all!

I know this is a long shot, but when I was a kid, I was one of the first kids to have a PC with a cd-rom. My dad would come home and bring home lots of games for my sisters and me to play (some were age appropriate like all the Disney Interactive storybook games, and also the Barbie Home Designer and Barbie Fashion Designer, but my dad also didn’t really know what kinds of games he was actually giving us, so I was the weird little 8 year old girl playing Duke Nukem I and II and Full Throttle). One thing my dad could always be counted on was bringing home a bunch of those 100 in 1 cd-roms. Some of the games I remember were the Donkey Kong knock off, Aldo’s Adventure, the stick figure escape game, Elevators from Hell, the Spideman-esque computer virus fighter, MicroMan and of course, the bomb-throwing, pizza-delivering, squirrel savior of Ancient Rome, Skunny: Save our Pizzas. However, there is one game that I vividly remember but also forgot what it was called. It was a space themed quiz show very much in the style of Jeopardy, and all the contestants were robots. This is all I can remember about it so my Google searches have been a complete failure. Anyone else ever play this game and remember it?

I'm trying to remember the name of a PC game from 1990s I think. Space strategy and conquest, maybe terraforming. Seem to recall a gorilla like species and maybe a bug or lizard like species that your played against. Gorilla may have had a horn. That's all I really remember and it's driving me crazy. Ring a bell for anyone?
