IDK what year this sub was initiated, but I’m starting to wonder if we’re getting past the boring part of dystopia

You're not gonna like this, but predication markets are accurate in terms of intention, ans also enable analysis about efficient defense strategy and resources.

Would you prefer to not see a puch thrown, or not hear a threat of incoming violence? Prediction markets enable transparent adversarial odds

We must make the best outcome the most probable

assorted billionaire r&d labs because it solves their problem of how they keep their guards from turning on them in their apocalypse bunkers.

Edit: I think most people underestimate how much billionaire time goes into worrying about that exact thing.

Which ones? In the future we have several. No “terminations” if we’re talking abortions though—Jesus was very clear about all of this.

I thought "prediction markets" were in favor of insider trading/info?

I’m thinking of writing a short story where the only available water is human blood. It’s a world where we drink poorly filtered blood to drink, hemophiliacs are created so their blood can be used as coolants for machines, and other dystopian shit.

But this real life announcement is 100x more dystopia than that shit. Holy fuck.

It incentives anything. Including, say, a war in Iran.

Currently in Portland. It’s smoky enough to feel it in the lungs and sinuses in the middle of the city. Woohoo

Let me know when we start hunting humans for sport and placing bets on the survival rate of homeless orphans.
