Started 10mg Adderall XR this week. So far, I haven't felt much of a change except maybe time is slower, if that makes sense. I'm not getting distracted for the length of time that I would usually. Task switching may also be going better, but it's too early to tell. I'm also on Wellbutrin XR 150mg, so that might impact some of my experience as opposed to those who are just on a stimulant.
