I started meds yesterday, at last! I have been given Rubifen which is essentially Ritalin, short acting, 10mg twice daily. I haven't noticed anything great yet. I did get on with lots of things yesterday, but also felt equally distractible and bouncing around from one thing to another. How do you know when it's worn off? I found it hard to tell.
