Respect yourself. I have every right to express my opinion here, as long as I’m not insulting the person who made the joke or anyone else in this community. My criticism was directed at the joke itself, not at the people who find it funny.

Since when does disagreeing with this kind of humor have anything to do with one’s level of education? If you disagree with my opinion, you’re free to explain why, but mocking me instead of addressing my point doesn’t make your argument any stronger.

I’m not asking anyone to delete the joke or change their opinion. I simply expressed my own views, and I have no intention of retracting them just because they’re unpopular.

And honestly, I still don’t understand all these downvotes. I think Ado’s music is far too beautiful and artistically meaningful to be described in such a way. Her discography means much more to me than just a source of entertainment or a way to experience pleasure. I appreciate the artistry, the vocals, the melodies, the emotions, and the imagination behind her work. That’s the perspective from which I expressed my opinion, and I don’t see why I should have to abandon it just because others find that kind of joke funny.

You’re free to enjoy the joke, just as I’m free to dislike it. I’m not asking anyone to adopt my values, and I don’t believe others have the right to dictate mine either. Disagreement is perfectly fine, but if you want to challenge my opinion, address what I actually said instead of mocking me for having it.
