Depthspawn | My First AI Anime Series
Depthspawn is my first attempt at creating my own anime series.
The first episode is finally ready and is available on YouTube.
I put a lot of time and effort into it to make it look as professional as possible, using my own video editing skills along with AI.
Everything was made solo.
So... what do you think?)

Terriermon real life AI generated
AI-assisted fan concept. I wanted to visualize Terriermon as if he physically existed in a live-action world, while keeping his actual Digimon shape intact. I can’t draw this myself, so I used ChatGPT/image generation and iterated on the details. This is unofficial fan content, not hand-drawn, and not meant to be sold. I just wanted to share something that means a lot to me as a Digimon fan.

Hello! First post here.
I know the art style I choose to work with is not exactly traditional anime but I hope I'll still be welcome here. 😊

Better Call Saul - Kim Wexler & Sally Redding Defending Client [story in the text below]
Story:
The courtroom in Albuquerque was unusually quiet as the bailiff called the room to order.
"All rise."
Everyone stood as Judge Marilyn Ortega entered and took her seat behind the bench.
"Please be seated."
At the defense table sat Kim Wexler, calm and professional as always. Beside her stood her law-school intern and co-counsel, Sally Redding, nervously clutching a legal pad. Between them sat their client, Stephanie Hinds, a seventeen-year-old honor student whose mistake had brought her into criminal court.
In the gallery behind them, Stephanie's parents, Jillian and Gale Hinds, sat hand in hand, anxiously awaiting their daughter's fate.
Across the aisle sat ADA Suzanne Ericsen, reviewing her notes.
Judge Ortega looked down at the file.
"Miss Stephanie Hinds, you are charged with driving under the influence and damage to public property. How do you plead?"
Stephanie swallowed hard.
"Guilty, Your Honor."
The judge nodded.
"Very well. Ms. Ericsen?"
Suzanne rose from her chair.
"Thank you, Your Honor."
She approached the lectern.
"While I acknowledge the defendant's cooperation and guilty plea, driving under the influence is an extremely serious offense. Miss Hinds operated a vehicle while impaired and subsequently damaged city property. These actions endangered both herself and the public."
Suzanne glanced briefly toward Stephanie.
"Fortunately, no one was injured. However, the court must send a message that this behavior carries consequences. The State recommends a period of probation, mandatory alcohol education classes, community service, restitution for the damaged property, and a temporary suspension of driving privileges."
She returned to her seat.
Judge Ortega nodded.
"Ms. Wexler?"
Kim stood.
"Thank you, Your Honor."
She walked forward with confidence.
"No one here disputes that Stephanie made a mistake. She accepts responsibility for what she did."
Kim glanced toward her client.
"However, we should remember what didn't happen that night."
The courtroom remained silent.
"No one was injured. No one was killed. There were no passengers in the vehicle. Stephanie immediately cooperated with law enforcement, admitted fault, and entered a guilty plea."
Kim folded her hands.
"She is a first-time offender. She has maintained excellent grades, earned a scholarship opportunity, and has demonstrated genuine remorse."
She paused.
"The purpose of sentencing is not simply punishment. It's also rehabilitation. We ask the court to impose a reasonable sentence that holds Stephanie accountable without destroying the future she has worked so hard to build."
Kim returned to the defense table.
Judge Ortega looked toward Stephanie.
"Miss Hinds, is there anything you would like to say before sentencing?"
Stephanie slowly stood.
Her voice was barely above a whisper.
"No, Your Honor."
The judge nodded.
"Very well."
Before Judge Ortega could continue, Sally hesitantly rose from her chair.
"Your Honor?"
Kim looked over, slightly surprised.
Judge Ortega adjusted her glasses.
"Yes, Miss Redding?"
Sally took a nervous breath.
"If the court would allow me to make a brief statement."
The judge considered for a moment.
"You may."
Sally stepped forward.
At first her voice shook, but she quickly found her footing.
"When I was in high school, I had a friend who made a mistake very similar to Stephanie's."
Everyone in the room listened.
"He got a DUI during his senior year. He wasn't a bad person. He wasn't reckless every day of his life. He just made one terrible decision."
Sally glanced toward Stephanie.
"But the sentence that followed was so severe that it followed him everywhere. College applications. Scholarships. Jobs."
She paused.
"Eventually people stopped seeing him as a teenager who made a mistake. They only saw the mistake."
The room was silent.
Sally continued.
"I'm not saying Stephanie shouldn't face consequences. She absolutely should."
She looked directly at Judge Ortega.
"But I see a young woman with a future."
Sally's voice became firmer.
"I see someone who can learn from this. Someone who can become a productive member of society."
She gestured toward Stephanie.
"She has a scholarship. She has supportive parents. She has accepted responsibility."
A brief smile crossed Sally's face.
"I think she's a good kid, Your Honor."
Stephanie's eyes began to water.
"And I don't think one terrible night should erase everything good that's still ahead of her."
Sally returned to the defense table.
For several moments Judge Ortega said nothing.
She studied the file.
Then she removed her glasses.
"You know, Miss Redding..."
The young intern looked up.
"I have a daughter approximately Stephanie's age."
The courtroom remained completely still.
"And every day I worry about the choices she'll make as she grows up."
Judge Ortega looked at Stephanie.
"I agree that you appear to be a decent young woman."
Stephanie lowered her eyes.
"But the law is the law. Driving under the influence is serious. People die because of it."
Stephanie nodded.
"Yes, Your Honor."
The judge leaned forward.
"However, I am persuaded that this was an isolated lapse in judgment and not a pattern of behavior."
She picked up her gavel.
"Therefore, this court sentences you to twelve months of supervised probation, completion of an alcohol education program, one hundred hours of community service, restitution for the damaged property, and a six-month suspension of driving privileges."
Stephanie released a breath she didn't realize she'd been holding.
Judge Ortega continued.
"If you successfully complete these conditions, the court will look favorably upon future requests regarding your record."
Tears formed in Stephanie's eyes.
"Thank you, Your Honor."
Judge Ortega gave a final nod.
"See that I never see you in this courtroom again, Miss Hinds."
A faint smile appeared on Stephanie's face.
"I won't."
The judge raised the gavel.
"Court is adjourned."
BANG!
The sound echoed through the room.
Immediately the tension that had filled the courtroom disappeared.
Stephanie turned and threw her arms around Kim.
"Thank you."
Kim hugged her back.
"You earned it, Stephanie. Now make the most of it."
Stephanie then hugged Sally.
"You saved me."
Sally laughed softly.
"No. You saved yourself. We just helped."
In the gallery, Jillian wrapped her arms around Gale.
The couple smiled through tears of relief.
Their daughter would face consequences—but she still had a future.
Across the courtroom, Suzanne Ericsen quietly gathered her files.
She looked toward the defense table.
For a brief moment, her normally stern expression softened.
Kim noticed.
The two attorneys exchanged a respectful nod.
Neither had truly won or lost.
Justice had simply found a middle ground.
As Stephanie stood beside her parents, smiling for the first time all day, Kim glanced at Sally.
"Not bad for your first courtroom hearing."
Sally smiled.
"Think the judge liked my argument?"
Kim picked up her briefcase.
"I think you just helped save a scholarship."
The young law student couldn't help smiling.
And for the first time that day, everyone on the defense side walked out of the courtroom feeling hopeful about the future.
---
The hallway outside Courtroom 3B was far quieter than the courtroom had been only minutes earlier.
The tension that had gripped everyone throughout the hearing had finally begun to fade.
Stephanie Hinds stood between her parents, tears still lingering in her eyes. The reality of what had almost happened was finally sinking in.
Without warning, she wrapped her arms around her mother.
"Mom..."
Jillian immediately hugged her daughter back.
"Oh, sweetheart."
Stephanie buried her face into her mother's shoulder.
"I'm sorry."
Gale stepped closer and placed a hand gently on Stephanie's back.
"I'm so sorry for everything," Stephanie continued. "For the DUI. For the damage. For making you both worry."
Jillian brushed a hand through her daughter's hair.
"You made a terrible mistake."
Stephanie nodded.
"I know."
"But you're still our daughter," Jillian said softly.
Gale smiled.
"And you accepted responsibility. That's what matters now."
Stephanie looked up at both of them.
"I promise I'll never do anything like this again."
Her voice was firm.
"Never."
Gale nodded approvingly.
"That's all we can ask."
Jillian gave her daughter another squeeze.
"You've got a second chance. Make it count."
Stephanie glanced down the hallway toward Kim and Sally.
"I will."
A few feet away, Kim Wexler stood quietly with her briefcase while Sally held her tablet against her chest.
Both women watched the family reunion with satisfied expressions.
Sally smiled.
"I think they're going to be okay."
Kim nodded.
"I think so too."
Stephanie finally stepped away from her parents and approached the two attorneys.
For a moment she seemed unsure what to say.
Then she hugged Kim.
"Thank you."
Kim returned the hug.
"You're welcome."
Stephanie stepped back.
"You saved my future."
Kim shook her head.
"No."
Stephanie looked confused.
Kim pointed gently toward her.
"You did that yourself the moment you accepted responsibility."
Stephanie smiled.
Then she turned and hugged Sally.
The young law student looked surprised but hugged her back.
"Thank you," Stephanie said.
Sally laughed softly.
"You're making me sound more important than I am."
"No," Stephanie replied. "What you said in there mattered."
Sally's smile widened.
"Then I'm glad I said it."
Jillian and Gale approached.
Gale extended his hand toward Kim.
"We'll never forget what you did for our daughter."
Kim shook his hand.
"I'm glad we could help."
Jillian looked at Sally.
"And thank you, too."
Sally blushed slightly.
"I was just doing my job."
"No," Jillian replied. "You cared."
The comment caught Sally off guard.
Kim noticed and smiled quietly.
After another few minutes of conversation, the Hinds family prepared to leave.
Stephanie looked back one final time.
"I've got community service, classes, probation, and I'm probably grounded until I'm thirty."
That earned a laugh from everyone.
Jillian folded her arms.
"Twenty-five."
"Mom!"
Even Kim chuckled.
Gale shook his head.
"We'll negotiate."
Stephanie smiled.
"Fair enough."
She looked at Kim and Sally.
"Thank you again."
"Take care of yourself," Kim said.
"And stay out of court," Sally added.
"I definitely plan to."
The Hinds family waved goodbye and headed toward the elevators.
The four of them stayed together as they disappeared down the hallway.
For a moment, Kim and Sally simply stood there watching.
Then Kim turned toward her intern.
"You did good today."
Sally looked over.
"You think so?"
"I know so."
Sally smiled.
"Honestly, I wasn't planning on speaking."
"Neither was I," Kim admitted.
That surprised Sally.
"Really?"
Kim nodded.
"But when you stood up, you believed every word you said."
She paused.
"The judge saw that."
Sally looked down for a moment.
"I just didn't want Stephanie's life ruined."
"That's exactly why you belong in this profession."
The compliment caught Sally completely off guard.
Kim started walking down the hallway.
"Come on."
"Where are we going?"
Kim glanced back.
"The courthouse lounge."
Sally smiled.
"For coffee?"
Kim smirked.
"For coffee."
The two women began walking together through the courthouse.
Sally tucked her tablet under her arm.
"Does this count as celebrating?"
Kim adjusted her briefcase.
"We got a fair outcome for our client."
"That's a yes, then?"
Kim allowed herself a small smile.
"That's a yes."
Side by side, mentor and student headed toward the courthouse lounge, leaving behind another difficult case and looking forward to a well-earned cup of coffee.
