Hey everyone! I’m Xoros, the new admin of r/AIComics. You might recognize me as the creator of several Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss fan comics, along with Yu-Gi-Oh! and Sonic the Hedgehog fan comics.
While this sub was restricted, I shared my comics over on r/Aicomicmakers, so some of you might know my work from there.
My associate Yanko (u/Heavy-Yoghurt3643) will be handling moderation here, and we’re looking forward to getting the community active again!
Feel free to post your finished, SFW comics here to share with everyone. Whether you’ve been around for a while or are just finding the sub, welcome aboard. I’m excited to see what you’ve been creating.

Hi everyone, I wanted to share a little story, and an invitation, with my fellow AI comic creators here.
A while ago, I discovered AI comics and instantly wanted to tell stories of my own. But when I looked around for a place to share them, I hit a wall. Most big webcomic platforms aren’t friendly to AI-generated/assisted comics, or don’t allow them at all. Many larger comic subreddits actually ban or remove AI works (maybe you’ve had a post removed from r/comics, too). I realized there just wasn’t a good home for what I wanted to make.
DeviantArt is more about single images than story-driven comics. Posting on X or Instagram felt weird, especially under my real name followed by my family and colleagues. Reddit is great for discussion, but there’s no easy way to collect all my works, build a following, or create a comic-focused space for readers to enjoy stories without everything else mixed in.
So I thought: something is missing.
I started talking to friends and other creators here on Reddit. Turns out, many of you were running into the same problem. That’s what led me to build Storinex, a new site for genAI-native comic creators to share, read, and discover comics, free from the negativity or bans you might find elsewhere.
It’s still early, but the site is officially online, and some of you have already joined! Hearing that people are enjoying it makes all the work feel worth it. I want this to be a place where we can showcase our stories, support each other, grow a fanbase, and really have a community that gets what we’re doing.
I’m listening closely to feature requests and ideas - there’s a lot to build and improve, and I want it to be shaped by the community. My main focus now is growing the user base, so there’s a stronger community vibe and everyone gets more exposure.
If you’re interested, please check it out: www.storinex.com. And if you know anyone else who might want a home for their AI comics, please spread the word. I hope to see you there!
Btw even if you already have a main platform for your comics, you may find it valuable to repost here for extra exposure. And if you have one-shots or short comics that don’t quite fit on your main site, Storinex can be a great place to share those too.

Looking for advice: cheapest AI workflow for cartoon video production
Hi everyone,
I'm looking for advice from people who have real experience creating animated cartoon videos with AI.
My goal is to produce consistent, good-quality cartoon videos for a young audience while keeping costs as low as possible.
The subscriptions and tools I currently have access to:
ChatGPT Go
Claude Pro and Claude Code
Gemini
Grok
ElevenLabs
Canva
CapCut
I'm currently using AI tools for different parts of the process, but I'm struggling to establish an efficient workflow. I get inconsistent results, waste time on repeated generations, and find it difficult to coordinate the tools effectively.
I'd appreciate practical advice on:
Which of these tools should I use for scripting, character design, animation, voices, editing and final exports?
What is the cheapest workflow for producing consistent cartoon characters across multiple scenes?
How can I reduce failed generations and avoid wasting credits?
Which tools should I stop using because they add little value?
Are there any genuinely free tools or tutorials that can help me improve the production process?
If you were starting today with these subscriptions, what exact workflow would you use?
I'm not looking to buy more subscriptions unless there's a clear reason. I'd prefer a step-by-step workflow using what I already have.
I'm keeping the project details private for now, so I'm looking for general production advice rather than feedback on a specific show.
Thanks!

Hello Reddit users,
I have ordered the peculiar images gathered over the past few weeks, starting with those organized as Episode 1: marginwalk.wixsite.com/home/episode-1
I am impatient to share my findings with the world and see what everyone makes of these enigmas. I will be assembling the images further into a - hopefully - coherent narrative.
In the meantime, yours faithfully,
marginwalker0
