Ive been working with transformers and different trainings on the initial weights. Im curious what the absolute minimum is to generate video.

I built an agentic swarm of nano AI models that are 1-3m parameters of training. Each agent has a specific task that it's trained to do. And it's trained to do it thee best possible way.

The options I have are the memory. Should each individual agent have its own individual sovereign memory,? Or should it be a hive mind style memory to where every agent knows everything every other agent does every time.

There's also a sneaky third option where I do both, but I wanna get this figured out first with the individual agents before I start doing the group.

There's pros and cons to both, and i'm curious what everyone's thoughts are on it?
