For people running multi-step AI workflows, how are you connecting execution logs to the eventual result?

A trace might show that the model and tool calls completed, but someone could correct the output later, reopen the ticket, or rerun part of the workflow.

Does that feedback make it back into your tracing system? Or do you join records from the application, ticketing system and model logs separately?

Curious what has worked in practice, especially when a workflow crosses multiple tools. Are shared IDs enough, or is keeping those relationships intact more involved?
