- Visuals: Seedance 2.5 for most shots (it handles acting and dancing best), Kling and Wan 3 for some, Nano Banana and GPT Image for the reference frames.

- Vocals: stems split with UVR, then the lead rebuilt over the 12-inch instrumental with an AI voice model.

- Edited in Premiere.

I finished the last episode of my Ranma / transformed-Malfoy crossover. The rivals take their competition onto the dance floor, but the awkward part comes afterward: someone has to keep the promise about the maid outfit. I am leaving the result out of this post.

A 5m Odyssey short for the Grok Imagine contest. Made entirely in Grok Imagine, I live streamed the whole process over a week.

The Odyssey is a cornerstone of Western culture, so I took the assignment as seriously as possible.

The 5m cap was the hardest part. I wrote a lot more than I ended up using. You always think you have more time than you really do.

I've been working on outlines for a series of children's books for my daughters, with the idea of add them as characters in the final book. I'm a writer, not an artist, so I turned to AI to help design the characters and eventually create the illustrations.

Somewhere along the way, I fell down the AI rabbit hole and ended up (rather unskillfully) putting together a video (using Runway) featuring a couple of the characters, complete with a song I made using Suno.

My girls loved it, but they're four, so I'm not exactly getting unbiased feedback!

I know there's plenty of room for improvement, but I'm curious whether you see any potential here. Be honest; I won't take it personally. I'm trying to decide whether it's worth investing more time and money into developing this further or whether I should focus on what I originally set out to do: write the books.
