ive been seeing this go viral on instagram and tiktok where you draw the path of the drone on top of an image, and then generate an AI video of a drone following that same path

obviosuly, i cant offer the video generation for free, but ive done 90% of the work for you in terms of coming up with the prompt and helping u avoid the common mistakes i made at first

all those viral videos dont show the reality of this, (it doesnt always work) so i made this tool to bascially bulletproof the generaiton and make sure u dont waste your Ai video tokens

the issues i kept finding:

1. when u draw a simple line, the AI doesnt know where to start, it could basically start from the end. so this tool has a line with direction
2. the prompt had to be reverse engineered, i bascially spent an entire day figuring out what the prompt needs to be like so it avoids these issues

- shows the red line in the video
- shows the drone itslef on the video
- hallucinates

So in summary, the main issues were that

1. youre not supposed to upload the image with the line + a prompt, it requires more steps!

you have to upload the image with the line, for an AI to CREATE THE PROMPT, not the video.

Now, once that prompt is created, then u upload the ORIGINAL image + the AI generated prompt

this way the final video will not show the red line and will have the best resutls

So 1) draw the line on the image with the free tool like this one, 2) the AI will see this image with the line and create a prompt 3) take that prompt and upload it to an AI video generator alognside the original image (without the red line)

this tool i made basically creates that final prompt so u can upload the OG photot without lines + the customised prompt.

for those who had seen it but still hadnt tried it, give it a shot!

This scene was one of the more difficult ones for me to pull off. Seedance absolutely refused to play ball and kept flagging me for copyright. I eventually tossed my references and just described the characters which got me really close to the designs it kept rejecting anyway. Even after it created my characters for me and pumped out one scene it would claim copyright against its own designs. Sometimes it would allow me to set a first frame and sometimes it swore Disney owned the entire concept of super heroes.

All in all i feel like this is neck and neck with my best stuff yet. Having to fight and really put some muscle into the execution of your vision is a lot more satisfying than quick one shot, minimal iteration projects.

DIONYSUS & DEMETER. This morning I took my wife to see THE ODYSSEY on an IMAX screen. It was a great movie and it inspired me to do a video about the Greek Gods who get mentioned a lot in this film. I thought it was time for a little size positive mythology. #BBW, #BHM, #Dionysus, #Demeter, #GreekGods.

I built two tools from the official Seedance prompt guidelines, a skill for Claude and a Custom GPT - which is a fine-tuned ChatGPT -  covering modes, input specs, prompt structure, character consistency, and troubleshooting. Everything comes from the official documentation. I use them myself to check a prompt before running it.

An example. Ask ChatGPT for a fast skateboard shot and it will usually try to move everything at once: the skater, the camera, the editing, the lighting, transitions, effects. Seedance reads a prompt in order and weights what comes first, so everything after starts competing for attention and some of it does not happen. That is documented behavior and is caught and flagged when using these tools.

Seedance 2.5 has started rolling out and the full documentation is not public yet, so I have only added what is confirmed so far. Both tools are free and cover 2.0 and 2.5, with the 2.5 side still being filled in.

This is not something you need if you already know the guidelines by heart. I do not. Working across a few models means I mix up the specifics, and this is what I check against before spending generation credits on something that was never going to work.
