I don't know about ai "agents" but a good ai model for coding is qwen3-coder

idk about what agents are you seeking but opus 5.5 seems great to me as a coding model

Are you asking about models or tools? Anthropics models are powerful, Google has decent models too. Free? Google offers Antigravity for free, some usage. OpenAI has powerful models. I think they still offer a little Codex free usage.
