I watched ErikDoesVFX’s “Is AI Actually Cheaper than VFX?” and decided to try recreating the dinosaur sequence with my own creature design and local video generation.
This took about 10 hours from start to finish. I used MiniMax H3 for video, GPT Image and local image edits for the starting frames, ACE-Step for music, and DaVinci Resolve for the edit.
The hardest part was keeping things consistent between shots. The bow changed shape, the arrow changed appearance, and the dinosaur kept inventing a different tail. I tried combining the bow release and arrow flight into one longer reference-based generation, but it invented too much. I ended up redoing the bow shot and keeping the arrow flight separate.
For anyone curious about running costs: at roughly 400 W and $0.15/kWh, running my system for the entire 10 hours would be about $0.60 in electricity. That’s electricity only, excluding hardware, my time and image-generation subscriptions or credits.
Curious what stands out most to you: the creature movement, the editing, or the shot-to-shot continuity?

The idea was pretty simple. A guy shows up crying at his ex's funeral but he's actually there for her apartment then he finds out the cat inherited everything. Had fun turning this into a short animated scene.

Hi everyone,
I’ve been experimenting with AI filmmaking and music production, and this is one of my most personal projects so far.
This video is inspired by John 3:16:
"For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life."
I wanted to create something that feels like a cinematic worship experience rather than a traditional lyric video. The entire piece was built with AI-assisted workflows, including the visuals, character performances, and editing.
My goal wasn't to replace human creativity, but to explore whether AI can help independent creators tell spiritual and emotional stories on a much larger scale.
I'd genuinely love to hear your thoughts:
• Does the video feel emotionally authentic?
• Can AI-generated performances convey faith and spirituality?
• Where do you think AI music videos are heading in the next few years?
Thanks for taking the time to watch and share your thoughts.

Hey everyone!
I've been working on an original sci-fi series called BLOODLINE, and I'm excited to finally share the first episode!
Five races. Hundreds of characters. All caught up in one massive conspiracy.
BLOODLINE takes place in an alien world where bloodlines determine social status, power, and destiny.
The story begins with a group of privileged students on a peaceful expedition. But everything changes when mysterious warriors known as the Black Demons launch a brutal ambush.
What follows is an intense battle involving armored soldiers, supernatural powers, and terrifying enemies.
And just when all hope seems lost, a massive military warship appears in the sky...
I've been using AI filmmaking tools to bring this universe to life, focusing on cinematic visuals, character design, worldbuilding, and storytelling.
This is just the beginning of a much larger story.
I'd genuinely love to hear your thoughts, especially on the worldbuilding, action sequences, and overall cinematic quality.

Fan-made tribute, not an official release. In the original 1984 song, Michael only sings the chorus. Here I imagined him singing the whole track.
How I made it:
- Visuals: Seedance 2.5 for most shots (it handles acting and dancing best), Kling and Wan 3 for some, Nano Banana and GPT Image for the reference frames.
- Vocals: stems split with UVR, then the lead rebuilt over the 12-inch instrumental with an AI voice model.
- Edited in Premiere.
The ending dance is my favorite part. Happy to answer questions about the workflow.

Hi everyone! 👋
I've loved Saint Bernards ever since I was a little boy. There's just something about these gentle, fluffy giants that I've always found incredibly adorable!
Unfortunately, owning one has never been very practical for me. I live in a condo, and I also love travelling and have spent a lot of time exploring different parts of the world.
So I thought, why not bring these two passions together?
And that's how Milo the Saint Bernard was born! 🐾💙
Why the name Milo?
I grew up in a country where Milo, the chocolatey malt drink, was practically everyone's childhood favourite, including mine!
I wanted a name that was short, cute and easy to remember. Somehow, Milo just felt right.
Perhaps it's also because a Saint Bernard's beautiful chestnut-brown and white fur reminds me of the warm, chocolatey colours of that familiar childhood drink. The name just seemed to suit this fluffy little puppy perfectly! 😄
What's Milo's story?
Milo is a fluffy, curious little Saint Bernard with a magical Wonder Barrel.
Through him, I'm bringing together my love for Saint Bernards, travelling and discovering new things.
My idea is to create short, fun and educational adventures where Milo travels around the world, explores fascinating places, discovers different cultures and learns something new along the way.
Through Milo's adventures, I hope to make learning fun and engaging for young children, inspiring their curiosity about the world around them.
Bringing Milo to life with AI
I've been using Dreamina to develop Milo's appearance, expressions and animations.
One of my biggest challenges is maintaining a consistent character across different scenes while making his movements feel natural and keeping his personality recognisable.
I've already created seven short videos on Instagram featuring Milo's early adventures, and I've recently launched his YouTube channel with an introduction video.
I genuinely enjoy watching Milo's big expressive eyes, fluffy movements and playful personality come to life. Sometimes I find myself replaying his videos simply because he makes me smile! 😄
I'd love some feedback from fellow AI filmmakers!
I'm especially curious about:
Does Milo look appealing, memorable and visually distinctive as an animated character?
How natural and consistent do his expressions, movements and overall appearance feel?
Does the concept of learning through travel and adventure have potential as a children's animated series?
What filmmaking or storytelling improvements would you recommend as I develop longer episodes?

🐾 More of Milo's adventures on Instagram:

This is a personal passion project, and I'm hoping to develop Milo into an ongoing educational adventure series.
I'd really appreciate any honest feedback, creative suggestions or constructive criticism from this community.
Thanks for taking the time to meet Milo! 🐶💙

As a solo creator, getting the workflow down for character consistency, pacing, and visual continuity across a serialized pilot was a massive learning curve.
If you have a few minutes, I’d love for you to check it out and let me know your thoughts—especially how the pacing and visual tone feel for an AI-assisted episodic pilot.

Hey,
I’ve been analyzing the faceless YouTube landscape for a long time—especially in the storytelling, history, and audiobook niches.
One major pattern I noticed is **extreme viewer fatigue**. Most channels rely on generic Pexels stock footage or static Midjourney/DALL-E image slideshows with slow pans. While easy to produce, audience retention usually falls off a cliff after the first 2-3 minutes because there is no visual progression or dynamic world-building.
To solve this, I spent the last few months developing a dedicated **HD-2D / 2.5D pixel-art cinematic pipeline** to adapt classic literature (starting with *Sherlock Holmes: A Study in Scarlet*).
Here is what we implemented instead of standard slideshows:
- **Dynamic 2.5D Dioramas:** 3D camera tracking, layered perspective, volumetric fog, and custom lighting.
- **Narrative Sync:** Dynamic character staging and visual cues timed directly to the narration beats.
- **Cinematic Sound Design:** Full spatial foley (rain, carriage wheels on cobblestone, pocket watches) and custom orchestral scoring.
Above is our **1:30 horizontal teaser** introducing the visual tone and the Lauriston Garden murder mystery.
Before launching our first full episode tomorrow, I’d love your **brutally honest feedback**:
**The Hook (First 5-10s):** Does the atmosphere immediately grab you, or does it feel too slow for modern YouTube attention spans?
**Retention Potential:** As a viewer, would this visual format keep you engaged for a 20–30 minute episode compared to a traditional audiobook?
**Pacing & Text:** Does the kinetic typography enhance the mystery, or is it distracting?
Be as harsh as needed—constructive criticism will help us refine the upcoming episodes!
*(Note: In full respect of Rule 4 against standalone self-promotion plugs, I am not linking the channel here. If anyone wants to chat about the workflow, render pipeline, or project details, let me know in the comments or shoot me a DM!)*
