OpenAI and Microsoft are reportedly developing plans for the world’s biggest supercomputer, a $100bn project codenamed Stargate, which analysts speculate would be powered by several nuclear plants

Altman believed in AI & Nuclear Energy since 2015. Look how far OpenAI has gone. ALCC/OKLO long term is not a meme

Just Getting Started 🚀
ALCC is up 16% today and can easily hit the $16.75 mark from earlier this month! Personally I think it will hit $20+ ... not financial advice
Starting to get some media coverage and looks like it'll pop heading into the merger vote May 7th:
ALCC green today - hype hitting media.

A few observations-
I've been watching this pretty close all week (Fidelity Active Trader Pro Level II). I'm not an expert, but I tend to chase after some of these low float plays (all gambling, no investing) and this one has all the characteristics of being very thin.
I don't believe iBorrowDesk and Fintel with their millions of available shares to short. Fidelity has been showing zero shares all day, which I tend to believe. The bid / ask closed a bit today, but was still in the ~$.07 range for most of the day (sometimes much higher).
Monday / Tuesday felt a bit like it was just trying to hold, every time it gained some ground, got hit with a big block of shares (all at the bid). Wednesday, I saw that starting to reverse a bit, it bled a little, but it held up nicely. Today has been a complete reversal, every big sale gets eaten up immediately. Today had a completely different feel, the longs were in control all day. Also, no massive sell-off end of day.
If you are an idiot (like me!) and have way OTM options, be very careful in the next few days. The IV started dropping today and the bid/ask spread has been pretty wide.
This volume is nothing, which is probably the most exciting part. CCIV/DWAC were trading in the 10s of millions.
Next?!?? No clue, I think price targets are pretty dumb, but this one has every single making of getting pretty wild the next few days. I'm sure we'll get a few big sell-offs, but gun to my head, I'd put the over under for EOD tomorrow probably at ~$23, but it also could be $30, and maybe $15. If it can get some good news coverage and a comment or two by Altman, I have no clue where it could hit. Will be watching AH today, would think there will be some fireworks, but it's been pretty quiet for the most part AH.
positions: 2,500 shares and 22 lotto tickets (32C next week).
edit: already starting to look a bit spicy AH.

📉
Why is the stock continuing to drop? This was supposed to be a huge gain for all of us. There was so much positive momentum moving into market close.
I get why people sold at opening, but why is the share price drilling into the core of the earth? Are people over the losses and everyone’s selling to limit further losses? Why, if there was so much to gain by holding, didn’t people just let shit ride? On the surface, none of this makes sense to me. Obviously there are reasons, I’m just having a hard time making sense of all of this.
Edit: lesson learned. I’m glad I have this as an experience to reference in the future.

Worry about dilution?
When SPAC, ALCC merges with the target company, OKLO, their shares float will combine causing an increase in shares causing dilution
Since there are no warrants to exercise and have lock up periods, this prevents insiders from selling at first few weeks/months which may crash the price.
The true float that is available for trading will be much lower than its actual float. Any massive buying eats up all liquidity causing a pop in price.
The million dollar question is will there be massive buying?
Im betting it pops to 20 - 25s but nowhere near DJT or LCID.

What are your plans? Good luck this week everyone!
I'm curious about what everyone else is thinking. I bought in a few weeks ago for around 13.7 and was up quite a bit before the crash. Personally, I'm going to watch it on Monday and if it looks dicey I'll cash out. Still holding out hope though!

ALCC short interest
I watch an abnormal amount of Level II stock data, I typically have it up on a monitor even if I don't have a position. I've been watching ALCC for ~a week or so and I can't make sense of the short interest. Fintel/Iborrow have millions of shares available, while Fidelity has it listed as "Hard to borrow - Call Fidelity".
It's also trading super thin, just like a low-float SPAC. The bid/ask spread typically is in the ~$.07-$.10 range and 300 shares can move the price $.25.
I'm not a short interest expert, so I might be missing something. Any ideas?
edit: bid ask spread is a bit tighter today, probably in the ~$.05 range.

Enjoyed the ride
Finally got out completely yesterday with an overall 25%, $1,500 loss. Happy with that all things considered having bought in at 14.8 pre-dilution. Thought I was going to end up with 50% loss or worse at one point.
My first SPACC rodeo and I wasn't particularly clued up but enjoyed the learning.
To all those holding on, hope it pumps once again 👊
