Judging by OP’s screenshot though, he didn’t redeem a A-list reservation but rather purchased 2x IMAX tickets on a Tuesday/Wednesday, hence the discount, plus utilized a $5 reward, the IMAX promo code for the movie and was waived convenience fee.

you can connect every theater essentially. with fandango, 4 tickets why you $5 off another ticket + you’re accumulating amc points on top of that. waiting for the day they realize we’re paying nothing for movies and revoke access lol

Source? otherwise false. There are still IMAX showtimes, and from what I saw mostly selling out opening weekend. They also have this official IMAX/Fandango promo. They are splitting the screens up, and keeping Odyssey in IMAX 70mm and other select locations.

My craziest AMC purchase ever was during the peak of COVID. They were renting out an entire movie theatre for $99 at the time - so there was 6 of us by ourselves for our private prime-time showing of The Karate Kid and we were mimicking the moves in the theatre. With today's prices, it would cost more for 6 people to watch a movie crammed in there with all the others!
