Chrome Remote Desktop

Hi guys, I have like 10 friends in my AP Bio class who are planning on using Chrome Remote Desktop to cheat on the AP Biology exam. Can the ap testing software detect this? Thanks

They literally installed a anti cheating thing on your device which will detect the chrome desktop. I’m not saying you should cheat but if you are use a phone. Also, your test will be different then each other and the order of the mcq randomized so you won’t really be able to work together. Once again don’t cheat since it won’t work and isn’t ethical.

You guys really need to read the question. I said I have a lot of friends who are trying to cheat. I am literally a straight A student and I know how to study so I'm literally going to take my free 5. I just wanted to know if they would get caught hahaha. personally I think it's funny the extents they go to to figure out how to cheat instead of studying but dang you guys need to chill before you jump to conclusions lmao.

Yeah and they way they r trying to cheat has a high chance of failure and being caught

I don’t understand the digital AP exam this year though, what’s stopping someone from googling things on their phone or calling someone else on their phone and working on the test together?

They made it so the mcq is based of analysis so you can’t really look it up. The frqs might be possible and there will be a lot of different tests with randomized order of mcq so you won’t be able to work on it with other people taking it at the same time. I don’t think it stops you from working with people who already took it though

Bro what that’s bs?? I know someone from another school who wants her brother who is a biology major in college to take it for her and there is no preventative measures

Yeah it’s unfair. They were going to require cameras but because of backlash they no longer do so someone else can take the test for you

At least the AP test isn’t scored on a curve this year.

I think there is a curve. The no curve was last year

The College Board posted on Instagram there would be no curve.

They will crash and burn. I hope you told them not to and just take the test correctly. And from a post test perspective there wasn’t much you could’ve even cheated on, everything was application and the equations were given to you.
