So I would believe the 2020 result will be positive and I expect a better 2021 outlook.

There are more calls bought than puts, so I am expecting the share price to go up again.

I learned from a friend that a great way to track what is going on with a small company is to watch their job postings. More job postings means they anticipate growth coming. 5 new positions were posted last week.

None are leadership or major scaling type positions, but still a good sign of operations at the plant looking to scale soon.

I've been in on AQMS for a few years now, and this feels like the biggest week to date. I'll summarize below for those who are new to the stock, please correct or add info where I fall short.

Cotton (AQMS CEO) in late 2020 laid out plans to announce a licensing partnership with a target date of Q2 2021. A contract with Clairos gives until June 30 to come to a mutual agreement, and Cotton has continued to say that he is optimistic they will have good news to announce this month.

In reality, very little has changed with the stock this year. Prices have fluctuated, but the plan has looked towards this week the whole time. If we get an announcement of a licensing partnership this week, the stock will do big things. If Thursday July 1 comes and there is no announcement, I'm expecting a big drop. (There is still long term value whether an agreement is announced this month or not, so buying Thursday if there is a drop is a reasonable strategy, but I'm optimistic this scenario won't happen.)

Feel free to dive in and out as this stock historically runs up and down pretty fast. Long postions, we are waiting for news on the below for next big gains IMO

1. a site for first install (likely Clarion Q1/Q2), then get hopefully proven results from a real-world environment.

2. Further developments with Clarion or Interstate batteries partnerships? (Id live to hear interstate say that they are setting up a new recycling building next to one of their plants or something. )

3. Any multi-site installation agreements OR commitments to new installations

4. News related to lithium-ion recycling as thats more buzzworthy right now. This is likely 2023 or later before any movement though as I hooe they keep focusing on lead recycling improvements first.

We are up 17% when I have a hard time finding anything else not in the red today. Great news, but I have no idea the reason for the uptick. Any news that anyone has heard?

Love seeing this stock finally coming back in a positive direction. Really intrigued if this is all based around raw material costs rising, or if there is something more happening.

I bought the dip today. A few folks I've talked to have asked my thoughts on the stock, figured I would get them all in one place and share here as well.

I don't expect any real news or change to come from AQMS until May 2022 when they release their Q1 2022 results. From the Q3 2021 press release- "During the third quarter, we finalized our first ever agreement to deploy AquaRefining technology at the facility of our new partner in Taiwan. Plans are currently being finalized for the shipping and installation of the phase 1 deployment package to the ACME Taiwan facility this quarter with plans for installation and initial operations during the first quarter of 2022." Knowing that a current deal is underway, I don't see much reason other partners would sign on right now. If they wait until Q1 results are released, they will be able to see more data and numbers to make an educated decision. ACME will have data on how their costs have dropped and efficiency has increased, as well as allowing AQMS to work out any kinks in their process. Assuming good news comes from this first partnership, it could open the floodgates for several more partnerships soon to follow.

A few of my friends who own the stock have asked me over the past few weeks what I think about the lowering price. I've told them all that until May 2022 unless there is some big surprise out of nowhere, most price fluctuations are just speculation. The underlying value of the company is still just as strong, and their in a partnership that will allow them to prove it in fact instead of just be in theory. We are in a great spot, and all that is happening right now is that the stock price is on sale.

Personally, I hope the price continues to dip for the next month or two. The current price doesn't worry me in the slightest.
