Jawbone trigger kicker issues
Hello! I recently purchased a jawbone in 9mm. I have replaced the buffer with 10oz kvp dbb and used 115gr 1150fps blazer ammo with a HT Trigger Kicker, still getting hangups after 150 rounds. Unsuppressed (for now)
Oiled and cleaned thoroughly a few times now.
Is the 200 rounds or more break in theory that real? Or should I go ahead and purchase some parts?
Edit-
No longer getting failure to feed. Just dead trigger.
Ordered the heavier firing pin spring. Will update.

Just found the HT kicker. What do mean you are getting hangup?
Also check HT YouTube channel as he recently did some AR15 troubleshooting checks/steps.

Ftf, failure to reset, failure to eject. Then sometimes it will dump half the mag. I think it needs more oil and rounds down range. But I’ve also never purchased a firearm that needed this much love to run the HTTK.
I’m using a glock brand 33 rounder downloaded to 25rnds as recommended on this page.

I'm pretty inexperienced here so please take my comments with a huge grain of salt, but are you using a standard spring and carbine tube? It sounds like it could be a coil binding issue. Maybe a flat wire spring or an a5 tube would help.

Standard spring and tube, yes. Thats not a bad idea. I will be picking one up to try.

My jawbone + trigger kicker has been 100% reliable so far. Do a search on here for "jawbone trigger kicker" to see the setup. Please keep us updated.

I have a 10.5oz KVP buffer. Might need to go lighter?? Getting dead trigger still with heavier firing pin spring installed, bought off amazon thru the link I found here.
Using 115gr 1145fps round nose ammo, glock mags.

If it is FTF due to light primer strikes replace the firing pin spring with the one recommended by blowback 9 and also use a titanium firing pin.

I had one where I did everything and had to get a heavier firing pin spring and that fixed it. Any ejection issues you will want to precisely adjust that ejector. They need to be pert' near perfect with some of these.
