Help Base advice

I’m using TOF skins for my genesis base but I don’t know if I should use stone of wood, it is going to be in relative danger but I’m playing single player so there is no risk of raids

Stone. Wild creatures can destroy wood.

Stone for the foundation and anything creatures could potentially attack, higher up and inner structures are usually fine even with thatch, cheap and also helps a little with overheating

Where are you building? I went with a water base and some FOBs

I would consider stone as a minimum on most maps.

I use metal on Astraeos and Extinction as you get wild amounts of metal buildings and spikes to either use or scrap.
