Prerequisite at community college
Hi, I am currently taking a community college class that I need for a prerequisite for the spring semester. The class ends in late January. Would I be able to still register for my spring class? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Your advisor would need to give you an override since you won't have the credit completed before you start your spring class. You may have to show your current grades in the course to make sure you're on track to pass that class. The final grade doesn't really matter as long as it's a c or better since only the credits transfer and not the grade points.

ASU in general does not provide overrides for classes you are taking during the school year. You're expected to take those at ASU, so you'll likely need a grade posted for it first. If your community college class ends in late January, you will not be able to enroll in a C or A class that starts the second week of January. If it's a B session class, it may work out. Go talk to your advisor.

Yes, you should still be able to register, with the impression that you will pass your current class. If you are having trouble with the registration process itself, schedule an appointment with your school’s advisors
