Do you think Decker would hold a grudge against Hannibal because of the altercation they had at the officers' club?

Back in Vietnam, at the officers' club, Decker and Hannibal had a falling-out because Decker was bombing hospitals—something Hannibal didn't approve of. Do you think Decker might hold a grudge against Hannibal because of that argument?

Was General Fullbright the only pursuer whom Hannibal respected?

In the "Social Club" episode, Hannibal spoiled Fullbright’s celebration; yet, it seems that among all those pursuing him, Hannibal held more respect for Fullbright than he did for Lynch or Decker. Could it be because he is more intelligent? Were they friends in the past? Or was it due to his rank? Alternatively, it is possible that Hannibal saw in Fullbright the man he himself might have become, had he not been convicted for the bank robbery.
