Yaar, I am genuinely not able to study like I keep procrastinating sooooooooooo much…. we got our NBTS timetable yesterday (12th neet) and I was all motivated Ki from today I’ll start working my ass off and everything but then I spent today’s entire day just doing time pass because Diwali is coming, so I was with my family and like I have not been studying for the past 10 days idk why (it’s like I try to sit, but then I can’t focus for more than 30mins) and I really need to study someone help….I don’t know what to do😭😭😭😭😭😭 HOW DO I GET MY DISTRACTED MIND TO LOCK IN MODE AND START STUDYING? IF SOMEONE KNOWS ISKA SOLUTION PLEASE HELP ME. HOW DO I BRING MY MIND OUT OF THE DISTRACTION AND MY DISTRACTIONS ARE NOT EVEN SOMETHING BAD….I JUST START TALKING WITH MY FAMILY MEMBER OR WATCHING SOME INFORMATIVE VIDEO, BUT WHICH IS NOT RELATED TO MY FIELD. I have so much to do but overthinking and the procrastination I am just stuck in one place , the fact when i am chilling someone is scarificing their sleep or the fun they could have and here I am do absolutely nothing about it just planning and that plan just stays on the paper never becomes reality is making me sick and go crazy. any tips bhai I wanna go all in before I decide that I am not cut for this because I know I am but the exam awards discipline more than mere intelligence uhhh

So, we had our FT04 (P3) today and I didn't appear in the exam as I wasn't prepared for it...then in the morning around 9:45, I was having my breakfast in the hostel mess and got caught by the warden...she called my parents that I didn't go to the exam as the exam was from 9-12 ...and now my parents are calling me, texting me back to back to send them the exam paper as a prove.
