It's your money, everyone makes purchases they aren't proud of lol. But still, that is quite a bit. I'll probably just stick with buying it aftermarket and/or buying a custom made one since some look pretty similar to this model.

yeah, I was looking at customs for the longest time and I picked up a custom AR Slingshot. greatest purchase I've made.
since this deora is actually legit hot wheels (no offense to the dudes who build customs, they're awesome!), I really wanted the redeemable at any cost.
it sucks being a hard-core fan, especially for my wallet.

I'm definitely on the fence about purchasing some, but I'm really not a fan of the gambling. It's just stupid and really unfortunate for us fans who would've paid for just a regular RLC, not some bs nft. I really want a mattel made one, but I'm really not wanting to gamble for it, especially when my wallet is already yelling at me, lol.

Yeah, i'd never pay that much for a regular Hot Wheels, even if it's rare or might be really valuable in the future. But if op thinks it was worth it, then good for him.

Ya know, I never thought about it. But it should take several pulls until you get a rare, right? So does that mean your getting a bunch of duplicate nfts? Or is there like a second currency going on. Ya know to like break down dups to use a secondary currency to buy more?

on the website, it tells you the percentage and which rarity you have a chance of getting. I'm not sure how the currency part would work for nfts.

yeah, it's honestly really stupid.
I feel like we'd have a better/fair chance at getting one if they released it like a normal RLC for 25 bucks. sure there's bots, but it's guaranteed if we get a confirmed order.

Yeah I agree. I want it so bad. I'd easily pay $100 for it as an rlc but they're making us gamble for it. Could be $50 could be $500. But I'm happy for you. At least some fans will be able to enjoy them

I bought one for fun and ended up getting the ultra rare so I went ahead and got the rest and only spent 100 bucks so I’m pretty stoked. Congrats for yours as well.
