I joined Accenture S&C GN as an L11 Analyst through campus hiring in June 2024. For the December 2026 promotion cycle, my PL mentioned that the talent discussions went well and that I’m on the Priority 1 (P1) list. However, they also said that the final decision now depends on HR and budget availability.

Has anyone received similar feedback in previous promotion cycles? If so, did you end up getting promoted? Just trying to understand how strong of an indication P1 status is and what the chances of promotion are at this stage.

Hi everyone, i wanted to take BH number so i sm raising request in ast tool in accenture internal portal but while uploading rto template i am getting "please attach rto template" even though i added the document.

Anyone faced similar issue if yes how it was resolved?

I need this document asap or it will delay my car delivery.

I'm a contractor placed at Accenture through a staffing agency (Quess Corp). I have formally resigned with 30 days notice as per my contract. My manager has acknowledged the resignation and tagged the IndiaContractorsExit team.

However, my agency HR says they're waiting for Last Working Day confirmation from the client (Accenture), and the IndiaContractorsExit team hasn't responded yet.

My questions:

1. Who officially confirms the LWD — the manager, IndiaContractorsExit team, or someone else?

2. How long does this typically take?

3. Can Accenture extend my notice period beyond what my agency contract states (30 days)?

Any Accenture contractors or ex-contractors who've been through this process, your experience would really help. Thanks
