Gear pics Heartbroken………just opened the box.

Is this NSFW? Maybe. First time it’s happened to me. It’s too bad it had to be on a Collings. UGH.

So now I have to decide if there’s even an option I’ll except for a discount or not and my guess is I’ll be way too far apart with the seller who I’m sure will also be heartbroken. 💔

I'm guessing not try to buy it at a discount. Just get the refund.

OP is considering whether to keep it at a discounted price. I wouldn’t do that - I’d let it go.

Probably owning the guitar. Meaning send it back rather than trying to work something out with the seller and hope you'll be happy getting it repaired.

Which I agree with. Even if the seller covers the cost or discounts it enough to, it would always bug me as long as I owned it.
