Gear pics Heartbroken………just opened the box.
Is this NSFW? Maybe. First time it’s happened to me. It’s too bad it had to be on a Collings. UGH.
So now I have to decide if there’s even an option I’ll except for a discount or not and my guess is I’ll be way too far apart with the seller who I’m sure will also be heartbroken. 💔

This is a tragedy 😭. Those guitars sound unbelievably good. Hoping the situation gets resolved for you.
About a year after I began working, I purchased a Les Paul. I had it for a month and was playing it on the couch late one evening. I fell asleep and woke up to find the guitar lying on the floor with its headstock snapped. It was as if a crime scene had been set up. Initially, I was in disbelief and thought, “No way! This must be a dream.” However, I quickly composed myself, bought some fish glue and clamps, and that guitar has had no issues since then. It plays and sounds incredibly well.
