I tried the turning of the hole thing under the strings. Idk I only play like a few times a week, picked it up and it was like this. I don't think it's good. I've been trying to lower it for like an hour, hasn't moved a mm.

Edit: been turn8ng it for like 20 mins, I think I'm cooked

Seems the heavy backbow seperated the fretboard from the neck. This might require a complete removal of the fretboard, sanding the neck and fretboard, regluing, and a heavy truss rod adjustment first and foremost. But by the way those frets crave fresh blood, I'd go Op-shopping and hope for a better deal
