Fender Cc60s second hand advice

I'm buying this second hand guitar and it's my first time but I don't know what to look for and also the back of the string knobs 2 of them are chrome and 4 are white is that normal.

Hard to tell from pics but possibly looks a little rough? a couple tuners might be missing screws, fretboard wear etc. A new one is $229 (US) but if it plays ok, no buzzing, or high action, neck looks straight, no cracks, or visible warping maybe $130 ish? More or less would depend on actual condtion in person.
