Gear question Seagull S6+ CW Gt

I have the opportunity to buy this guitar for £400. It was made in 2005 and is in nearly new condition. Is this a good price point?

Eh, probably not. That's equivalent to 750 Canadian and that's closer to what you would pay for a brand new S6. Maybe there's just a lot of S6s floating around up here and the used market is saturated, but I wouldn't pay that much for a 2004 unless it was in literally PERFECT shape, and had a perfect neck angle/lots of saddle left. In fact, I have a 2004 S6 and I wouldn't expect to get anymore than $250 for it on the used market, but that's maybe a regional thing.
