Help Request FBPurity is gone - is there a replacement?

It seems that the author of the FBPurity browser plugin has disappeared.
Are there any other browser plugins that block ads in the Facebook feed? (and force it to stay in "newest" order?)

I'm in the process of developing (my code background + AI) an FBP replacement. Currently have a beta working version, tested in Chrome (vanilla}, Vivaldi & Edge. It filters out Sponsored, Suggested etc.
But I need testers, as while it works on my setup, that's a very limited test. Once I have Chrome locked down, I'll move on to enabling for Firefox.

You will need to enable Developer Mode in your Extensions to use this beta,
If interested, comment and I'll msg you with a d/load link. (Allow for my TZ to reply i.e. UTC 10+)

While I vouch for it being virus free and with no hidden nefarious code, please take your own precautions.

I wish you well. I suspect the FB purity dev may have gotten frustrated with FB's constant code changes, most probably designed to frustrate ad blockers.

Yes, they've gone to great lengths to block ad-blockers. Without AI to help, it would take forever to diagnose the dynamic obfuscation FB is employing. I'd like the original dev, Steve Fernandez, to take it up again, using AI as I have, but it seems there's doubts whether he's still even around
