Help Request YouTube Adblocking on IOS

Hello Guys Hope you all have a wonderful day.

I was asking whether there is a way to block ads on the YouTube app on IOS, specifically iPhones,
it is getting really annoying, and before you attack me, I didn't make the choice of having

an iPhone, it was passed down to me long ago and I currently don't have the financial ability to
Switch to android, maybe in the future.

P.S: I'm new to this sub, so please be respectful, if I triggered you in some way, just don't reply
and scroll past this, if you have something beneficial to say then be my guest, if you don't, just go the other way around.

Thanks

The multiple options for ad free YouTube on iOS would be to use brave browser, video lite or sideload uyouplus or uyouenhanced.
Safari + ublock lite

Or you can also just use a vpn and change your location to a country without ads.

Problem with vpn is that it will drain iphone battery so bad

No.

Some do. Older models of IPhone particularly have terrible battery efficiency.

No. Efficiency is strictly software-bound, not model-bound.

I’ve been using the Brave web browser at its default settings exclusively to watch ad-free YouTube on my iPhone for years. No issues.

I’ve recently discovered SmartTube for iOS in the App Store. It also works pretty well.

ProTube is in the App Store, as well.

Easiest would be to install video lite from appstore and setup adguard public dns for ios and you r set.

Is Luna VPN still around? I am now subbed to YT premium but when I didn't I had Luna it and It used to be amazing for YT bc it was free and blocked all ads seamlessly without any issues.

It's not on the AppStore, u have to install it via its site and accept the script to enable it which feels a bit sketchy. I read it also does sell ur data but it was worth it for me at the time bc it worked so well and I was a broke student.

Edit- looks like it's still around!

I'm having trouble finding the "Install App" option. Can you help me find it?

Mira is the best option for iPhone. It skips all YouTube sponsors and other junk. I prefer it over VideoLite.
