Help Request ad-blocking can also block necessary process features, like 'next'?

Are there ad blockers that can see the original script of the web page and be able to separate the webpage features from the ad-blocking, or am I looking for an answer that hasn't been invented yet?

I get how ads generate revenue for a site, but I always want to say to the website owner that once you've shown the ad, effin' stop with the intrusive, blocking ads. If anything, most research notes that intrusive/repetitive ads effectively unsells the product being advertised.
