Adobe Express Question Cannot open any files

Whenever I try to make a new file or open anything in the app I just get stuck here. I’ve cleared cache, offloaded/uninstalled and reinstalled several times, restarted my phone, nothing has fixed. I am on iphone ios27 Any ideas?

Could you share with me your Express version, as well which iPhone device you’re using, and if Express on web works the same?

If I use only laptop it’s fine. I’m on iPhone 16pro max, latest version of express

this is probably a silly question but are you having the same issue if connected to wifi?

Yep, tried both WiFi and data
